Assalamualaikum and hai.
Today, I had soup ramen for my breakfast so I was thinking about to give it score bcs I had tasted for abt 4 types of ramen which is not that many actually. Hahahaha..
Ok let's go!!! This is the rank of ramen based on my taste and my best suggestion.
4) Kimchi Ramen (4 or 5 / 10)
Its not bcs the spices or ingredients that they use, but maybe this ramen's taste was below my expectation when I first bought . Well maybe for some people they like. no doubt but for me I've tasted another ramen which is way too delicious than this.
Sorry Kimchi Ramen. You are not my type.
3) Shin Ramyun. (6 or 6.5 / 10)
'Whats with that score dude?'
= Because it tasted like Malaysia's curry maggi a bit.
I dont hate this ramen but I was hoping the ramen tasted more like Korean dishes and I was hoping it was much more spicy as what it was written on the packaging. But yeah, I was pretending to eat the ramen as their basic soup noodle and it tasted much better. So, what I can say is, this ramen is like the basic savor of Korean ramen.
Ps: This ramen was created in 1986 and one of the recommended ramen in Korea.
2) Soup Samyang / Chicken Stew Samyang (8 or 9/10)
Oh my. This flavour is just yummy. It got the spicy swag, the unique taste and you guys no need to use up all the spices given bcs you can used half of it and save the other half. My way eating this samyang, is by boiling any other noodle and finished up the other half of the spices left. This is so super save bcs you dont need to buy 2 of it instead of divide the spices into half. I just love this samyang and its really hard to get in Malaysia.
Plus dont forget to bring along your drinks.
1) Chicken Samyang. (9.5 or 10 / 10)
Delicious. Yummy. Scrumptious. Appetizing. Mouthwatering. Tasty. Satisfying. and many more.
The taste is just perfect for someone like me who just loved spicy dishes. It is the taste where you dont have to add on anything on it and just feeling blast with what youre eating at. For the Malaysian who is craving over Korean ramen, this is the must-have thing. No other words can describe the perfect ramen of all the time. Amazing!!
So this is the end of my evaluation of Korean ramen based on what I've tasted so far. Even though these 4 types of ramen are not that a lot but I guess it is convincing enough for the outsider who would like to try it. Again this is based on my personal taste only.
In the end, best of luck.
Ps: When the spicy taste hit you, I suggest to drink milk or take yogurt to get rid of it.
